Please use the form below to place an order for a Valentine’s Day mini cupcake box.

Orders must be placed through this form by 9 pm on Sunday, February 4, 2024. We are making a limited number of boxes; orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Submitting an order request does not guarantee it will be fulfilled.

All orders must be picked up from Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 7 pm to 9 pm. Late pickups or an alternate day/time will incur a fee.

Payment information will be sent once order requests are received. Pickup address will be provided upon receipt of payment and order confirmation.
